It is very important that you note in order for your Booking to be valid and accepted by us, you must:
  1. Reserve dates that are confirmed as available by Dara Khoyi via phone or text and receive a Valid Booking ID Number from Dara.
  2. Make the deposit payment for the reservation within 3 Business Days.
  3. Accept the Terms of the Vacation Rental Agreement.  Your Acceptance of the Vacation Rental Agreement is Assumed once you make the payment.  YOU MUST AGREE TO THE VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ORDER TO BOOK.  Please do not Pay if you do not accept the Terms & Conditions of the Agreement.
  4. You must Return a Signed copy of the Vacation Rental Agreement which you can download from this link:  Vacation Rental Agreement to Dara Khoyi at the email address below, or make other arrangements to get the Agreement to him.
  5. You must send a legible copy of your Drivers License along with the Vacation Rental Agreement or you can text a picture of your driver's license to the phone number below and reference your Booking Dates or the Booking ID Number.
  6. PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST BRING THE ORIGINAL CREDIT CARD THAT WAS USED TO PAY FOR THE BOOKING WITH YOU ALONG WITH YOUR DRIVERS LICENSE IN ORDER TO CHECK-IN.
